Meal Monday

Well sorry for the extended Holiday break. Things have been busy, yet quite at the same time. More on this later. So to get us back into the swing of things. Some of last weeks meals.

• Fancy Mac -- found here. The Boy asked for it for is birthday meal
• breakfast -- eggs, hash browns and kielbasa
• Pizza casserole -- found here -- a good start, Hubby and me both thought of some changes to make on it. will try again with changes.
• spaghetti

All the other main meals have been eaten at others peoples homes.
